SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are currently experiencing some delays due to Covid-19 and we appreciate your patience.

Standard domestic shipping is based on weight and starts at $8.95, express shipping starts at $11.95. 

​

Prices are in AUD, and shipping is from Melbourne, Australia. Confirmation and tracking will be sent via email. Express orders will be packed and posted within 1-2 business days and take priority, standard orders within 2-3 business days. Orders within Australia should arrive between 5-7 business days after shipping date. Please note delivery time frames are just an indication and Sunday Made cannot help delays or longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due late delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind. 

 

Sunday Made candles are hand-poured in Australia so slight imperfections and variations between products should be expected.


We offer exchange or online credit for all change of mind purchases so long as, the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and in it's original packaging and condition. Unfortunately Sunday Made is unable to cover postage costs for change of mind items. To organise your exchange please contact hello@sunday-made.com. In the case of a refund or credit, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at hello@sunday-made.com and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.
